Well, let me top that then. I am sitting at ~38,300 in my '18 Rubicon (3.6 - 6-speed). I got it in mid-July 2018. I have had a few small issues but overall very happy with it. We just took a 2,300+ mile trip over Christmas/New Years in it and it done VERY well. I was even able to drive it on the beach (in Galveston, TX).

Nice trip! I have driven on the beach at Galveston, but not in Blanche. :)

Just over 9000 Miles so far and no issues. I've made sure to get the Recalls done right away and the TSBs up to date but other than that I haven't had any failures in the equipment. She's a January 2018 build too.

3.6L with 8 Speed.

You might say I'm a little chatty, lol.

Updating my mileage. I've got over 27,000 and I still have not had any major issues.

Mine is a 1/18/18 build date. Picked up on 2/13/18. Has 23k miles now.

-Dealer needed to torque my ball joints as they clicked loudly on turn
-my rear defroster tab popped off 6 months ago. Took it to the dealer who took it for a day and said they needed to order the glass. Never heard from them again
-a few random electronic freak outs but they are rare and seem to self resolve so who knows, didn't waste my time asking the dealer

Otherwise mostly trouble free and love it!

2018 jlu sport manual with 3.6 currently has just under 40,000 km . She is currently in the dealership for engine noise which has now turned into a warranty issue with metal filings in the oil filter. And something to do with the camshaft and something to do with the lifter and rockers on the top end. Something going on with either the drive shaft or the rear axle where there is a big clunk when taking off from first. And a shutter sound in the transmission in 2nd and 3rd gear at lower speeds to higher city speeds.

Have nothing fancy done to it. Other than 2inch mopar lift and 33s. Currently waiting responses from dealer

40,000km = about 25,000 miles right? I am surprised about the top end failure. Was the motor ever low on oil?

No never low on oil. Aswell as I do all my regular services every 5k. They are still waiting for chrysler engineering to continue work. It's been in the shop for almost 7 days now

I wonder if your problems are unique? There were some instances of cam lifter, spring failure with the previous 3.6. I would have assumed those failures were engineered out of the JL. Hopefully they get your engine and drive train taken care of under warranty and you are on the road asap. Ask FCA to comp you a Mopar Extended Warranty with a $0/deductible.

2018 Rubicon - picked up weekend of July 4th 2018. Now at 40,214 miles.
Mostly work, but Loki has been to Florida, Missouri, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky.
I will probably jinx myself by saying this, but not a single problem to report.

16,500 miles. I’ve had it about 6 months. No issues.

Youtuber"s like LiteBrite are at 80k... i don't know how far they got on the 3.6 before needing a engine swap.

They are pretty heavy duty. They are hard on their Step Child. I think they blew up the 3.6 with a turbo kit or something? They have a Hemi now.

A 200K mile engines is the new norm for the old 100K mile benchmark.

I would expect any modern engine to easily exceed 100K-150K miles if not abused with routine oil and filter changes. I mean the actual long block. I don't know about all the other peripherals though? lol

My jeep was built early of 18 not sure the exact month I think it was march or april. But it was early. So I may have still gotten the old 3.6 problems.
