So odd. Comes on, legitimately looking for advice, gets some great advice from some pretty knowledgeable cats (not me, I'm just a dumb ex army guy, lol) and disregards everything and literally spends thousands of $$$$ on parts that are going to most likely lead to even more money needing to be spent.
I couldn't care less that he isn't wheeling it but if you're going to ask for advice and people take time to give great advice only to ignore it, well, that makes me skip the next thread like this and just tell them to search shit themselves.
One thing that most don't mention is that it doesn't matter if one's Jeep will never leave the pavement. The forces exerted on the vehicle during an average commute to work are just as great as those offroad, albeit different. The addition of proper supportive parts are for the lift and larger tires, not the vehicles intended use.

You do you boo-boo. I guess I just don’t understand spending a ton of money on wheels that serve you zero purpose when you could’ve easily gone with simulated beadlocks.
To each his own, boo-boo.
I chose those wheels because I liked the design. My taste. My Jeep. Not yours.

A lot like this, but a smaller tire.

And that's with the spacer lift that the OP refused to consider. And a few upgrades to make everything work better.
So what, because I don’t go with a spacer lift like you I’m guaranteed to fuck up my ride? No need for the crass comments bud. Cute Jeep btw ??

Yeah… you should be good. I had 14.5ā€ wide tires with a crazy amount of offset on an old YJ with stock Dana 30’s and never had an issue for the 3 years I owned it and had about 70,000 miles on it.
Nice bud, send a pic!

Crass!? I said it has the lift you refused to consider, that isn't crass. That's just a statement. I've tried to help you out and give you useful information in this thread. I didn't say anything about you fucking up your ride or whatever pathetic passive aggressive bullshit you have going on.
