It’s all 4. This is 35’s without lift. Waiting on a Tazer to program the LEDs to stop hyperflash and out warnings. But everything works. Super easy install.

What is your tire width? Any rubbing on or off road left or right at full extension? What is this Tazer you speak of? Honestly, I don’t understand why more folks don’t go this route instead of a 1495. Lift kit plus installation. I plan on just going with hi-top flares and 35’s as long as there’s no rubbing. Saves a load of cash and I think puts less wear and tear on the drive train. Looks better too, IMHO.j

Do the dealers charge to flash the computer to let the car know you now have LED’s? Would this also happen with the Sahara if you add this LED option? From my research, it seems Sahara’s and Rubi’s are wired for LED’s whether you get it or not so I wonder if that hyper flash or bulb warning would also happen with Non-LeD Saharas/Rubis. If that makes any sense.

I wonder if you can just buy the DRL and wiring. I want to put them in my regular fenders. If someone has that part number let me know.

Tires are 315/70/17. Wheels have a backspacing of 4.5 and offset of -12mm. No rubbing on/off road or left/right extension. The Tazer is a programmer for doing things like the dealer would do. The main reason I would see for still adding a lift is approach, departure and break-over angles.

Yes, they charge. The sports are wired for LED as well, at least for the fenders. Yes, they would still need to flash, as the CANBUS would need to know that you now have LEDS there. It does not sense it on its own.

The shape of the lights are different. The LED ones would not just drop into the regular fenders.

Here just the lights. Once the Tazer gets here, I can then program the DRL function and tell the CANBUS that they are the LEDs.

It’s interesting that the DRL’s turn on with the headlights without the function being programmed, as that is backwards from what should be happening. It’s great that the install was so easy though.

What have you done so far with the tazer in regards to the DRL? you have to set the DRL to on and location to dedicated, then go to your uconnect settings app ->lighting and set DRL to on.

I have it set to

DRL type: USA
DRL location: dedicated

I don’t see an option for DRL in the lighting section of settings.

Try a full reset using the tazer, then check the lighting options again, if you havent.
