Help /question with Adventure Guides

I have a 2024 Rubicon JL. After I purchased it and tried to I use Adventure Guides I noticed that the “Map View” button (”for viewing the Trails Near Me“) would shut down Adventure Guides. Then I purchased the ”full access” membership in Adventure Guides but it the “Trails near me” map view would still shut down the system. Example…Go to Vehicle ….> Dashboard > Adventure Guides > Trails near Me > Map View. Can anyone tell me If the “trails near me” map works for them?
My ”View Map” button works for downloaded trails.
