Rear passenger I'm at 23 1/8". That's 1 1/8" less than yours which would suggest I didn't get much of a lift at all.

Damn.
I do have a couple Mopar pieces still installed. You could consider just getting some springs and leaving the rear. The MC spring set is like $450
IIRC, the JL (not JLU) MC 2.5s netted another member 2”.

Well now I am frustrated. I just ran down and measured a stock brand new 21 4XE Rubi on the lot. Front center of shock eye to center of eye is 20 3/4. Mine with Mopar is 21". Top of axle to frame is 5 3/4" on stock, with Mopar lift mine is 5 7/8. Rear is 23 vs 23 1/8 and both at 7 3/4.

What should I do now?

Am I missing something? I have a winch installed, ace rock sliders, and my spare is appx 20lbs heavier than stock. I have plastic rear bumper and Arcus front and SOT. Stock one had hardtop and steel bumper group.

Get your old lift back, stop being obsessed with part numbers.

It was the clunking noises that started the obsession so I don't think getting the old lift back is my solution.

It's just shocks and springs my dude, that's all there is. I wouldn't pay for the new "lift".

The Mopar lift is poorly engineered. I’d see if you can get some money back considering you didn’t even net 1” and buy a higher quality lift. Install it yourself. It’s not that hard.

OK, is that center of the bolt in the eye or full length, top edge to bottom edge? My center of eye bolt top to bottom is 21" in front. I don't have that measurement from the first lift.
My 2 door sport on 2 door rubi suspension is 21.5" eye to eye. Can you check your spring numbers? 21'' does not sound right.

Either the mopar lift truly is crap or you got wrong springs in.

The clunking noise was probably due to a bad installation.

Those 2 appear as mopar lift for 2.0 PHEV.

I guess the Mopar lift sucks.

Can you get your money back for getting less than advertised lift? Theyre gonna claim other mods (sliders, bpers, etc...) Bring it down...

I guess if you cant get your money back, or the old coils you can just buy a new set of coils from MC or teraflex spacers and enjoy your jeep and forget about it.

I have a very good dealer who I'm sure will make it right. At this point a refund seems like best case.

you probably lose 1/2 " with all that extra weight compared to a stock rubicon. still not right though

That's what I was thinking. If I only had 1 1/2" gain from the 2" lift I could understand.

People often get more than 2 inches though.

It is what it is. I wouldnt focus too much on it. Life is too short. You got some decent shocks there. Maybe the dealer will install some spacers for you for free or a new set of springs.

And if you get your money back then get a better lift kit

I would find it quite disappointing though. My Jeep on rubicon suspension sits a bit taller than your Jeep lol, and I spent less than $500 on my frankenlift which includes coils, shocks and LCAs. How do you fit 37s in there? Youre gonna rub the fenders.
