I am pulling the trigger tomorrow. Here is my build
6spd Rubi unlimited
Steel bumper
Tow
Uconnect 9.4
Cold pkg
LED
Body colored flares
Tan leather

My dilemma is color

I would like the tan premium soft top but will likely settle for black. I just haven’t heard that tha will ever become available.

So what color?

Silver or white
So far all of my jeeps have been white. Should I change and go silver. Or stay with white?

White! It looks super clean and if God forbid you get any paint damage to the vehicle, white is a much easier color to "touch up" or color match and blend in if necessary.
