Hiii!!!
Lordy this has been a ride. Lol

okay. I have a JL sport.
I bought painted fender flares from someone that came off a rubicon.
I read that you can use your same inner flares, but might need to do some trimming.
Okay…. WHAT!! They don’t fit AT ALL!!
the internet totally Lied to me lol
they will not fit and look good.

came some one help me find FULL coverage inner flares that work with stock rubicon fender flares?? If that even exist?? I especially need/want the wiring cover on my marker light (blinker lights??) whatever you wanna call them.

hallpllpppppp 🤣🤣🤣😭😭

None... but it pays well.
Flairs?? JL has painted fenders which are two piece for the outer and the inner fender liner. Both parts are plastic. The XR has fender extensions that are sudo mud guards. Dunno what you mean by flairs.

I run my Rubicon without the inner fender liners. Its open and easy for maintenance.

I’m probs using the wrong words. I need inner liners for the flares. The black stock inside pieces.
Idk why all the word salad. No matter what I call them someone is ALWAYS correcting me.
My main concern is the wiring being exposed.

You can purchase Jeep JL Rubicon OEM inner fender liners from various sources including Quadratec which will provide the coverage you’re looking for.

There are plastic rivets and other plastic retainers you will need. Unless you only drive in specific conditions or mall crawl I don’t recommend skipping an inner fender liner of some sort. That’s just one person’s opinion. Others will certainly disagree. You should be able to find threads here and YouTube videos showing what switching to the rubicon fenders and inner fender liners entails.

Inner fender liners like the ones pictured below, right? I had to change one recently. Got an open box on Extreme Terrain for ~$60., Item J243209.
You need both sides. so yeah, like Megawatt is saying, I like the idea of aluminum as well.
As far as just leaving it open, I've had too many old Jeeps and this just gives protection against all of the mud and slush spraying in..

Crown Automotive also makes reproductions of the Mopar original parts if you don't want to buy OEM and are on a budget (like me LOL). They fit well enough and were easy to install - I used them when I swapped on my Rubi flares.

Crown 12112-3903 and 12112-3904 are the front fender liners, and 12112-3245 and 12112-4245 are the rear liners. I got mine on Quadratec, looks like they might be temporarily out of stock now though.

Thanks everyone!!! Okay, sooooooo update: I happen to find someone selling high rise stock liners on fb market place.. so I got those. I have not put them on yet.. bc well, mom duties come first LOL, but here are some progress pics. I color matched the cowl and some windshield spray bumpers. they are like.... 99% matching. Also cut the middle plastic area between the bumper and fender flares. I also got a OEM 2025 (or 26) grill off fb market place for $100 that i got color matched when I got the hard top done.

I REALLY need advice on how to get rid of PPF residue and the last piece of PPF. I used a heat gun when removing and I clearly didnt do it right. I've tried automotive goo off, alcohol, wd40, heat gun, soap, coconut oil LOL.. idk more things but I can't even remember.

Your Jeep looks great, but I’m most jealous of your clean garage.

Good looking Jeep! Also envious of the garage. Every time I deploy somewhere, the stuff in the garage multiplies.

sounds like you bought the wrong thing, I think 3 versions of fenders out there.
