Dear Jeep Cares,

I just downloaded the owner's manual for the 2018 Jeep Wrangler Model Year from the official Mopar website at 1:10 pm Mountain Time on Friday, March 9, 2018. Here is the link I downloaded it from:

https://www.mopar.com/moparsvc/tweddle/publications?id=9510

I was just wondering how I could access the following screencapped features in a fully loaded, already purchased, 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon.

Just to follow up on this Jeep Cares, on Friend A's fully loaded 2018 JL Rubicon we can't seem to figure out how to access this advertised feature which he paid for. However, on Friend B's jeep, it seems to be working just fine. Can you help us out? These photos below were taken *today*, on Friday, March 9, 2018, just a few moments ago, on Friend B's fully loaded 2018 JL Rubicon.

I also need to know. Going off roading in a few weeks. This is why I ordered the bigger screen (and paid the extra $$) I need to know how to access this. I get some of same info already on the tiny screen between the gauges, but it is too cumbersome to access it when you are climbing rocks. My friend's Cherokee (which will never go off-road) has this. I have the Rubicon, so named to be off-road. Let's fix this immediately!

Can someone point me to the class action line please. I would probably never use the pitch and roll but I would use the drivetrain feature on the big screen when I use the lockers and swaybars. Most of all the cool page advertised bt Jeep is the one with all the gages. I would use that. But lets say I would have never even used the Offroad pages. Not the point. Give me what I paid for.......

@JeepCares
Hmmmmm. So weird because after all the offload pages won't work on a 2018. How did your friend get a 2019 already :cwl:

Don’t hold your breath. It just took FCA months to correct configurator price on Infotainment from $1,295 to $1,495. Perhaps theyvwere short 2 triple A batteries to power up their puters

@JeepCares I paid $53k for my FIRST JEEP Rubicon ever and am very upset that I was misled, deceived, and lied to. So, can you please give me the information to your legal dept. so that my attorney can reach out? This is called false advertising and was clearly listed not only as a part of my infotainment group, but also in my owners manual. Actually, I had off road pages for 1 day after purchase, and then it disappeared from my screen. Can you please reach out to FCA mgmt and let them know how many people they have screwed here? I have one simple question that I suspect many of us have here, which is where is my compensation/refund for clearly paying for a feature that isn't available? Looks like the ol' bait and switch move here, and I can assure you this was my first, and last Jeep ever.

Wait... so am I seeing this correctly, because details matter *cough*, do Jeeps without the ORP still have the feature button and an empty page? That’s even more insulting.
