Headlight broken?

Took some flak damage from some plastic chairs hitting me on the highway, it caused a crack in the headlight and now the projector doesn't work and the DRL barely flickers. Moisture has built up on the inside of the glass, and I just want to know if a replacement is necessary and if trying to change the bulbs is a waste of time. The harness and wiring still has power and the fuzes are intact.
(I'm also late on my damn inspection because of this)
