Well this sent me down a rabbit hole of youtube videos and reviews. It has a lot of positive reviews.

This guy had some negatives to say about it though.

So finally watched this one and I would agree that this isn't a good option for backpacking. The only benefit I see is the ability to set this up and hang it off the trailer hitch with the frame they have for that.

I got the XL and went camping in big bend state park in Texas. I strung it up between two posts in an awning at a primative camp site. I'm a side sleeper and have to get up at least twice a night, no issues with the hammock. I do plan on getting the hitch mount so I wont have to worry about where to hang it.

Awesome to hear. I'm thinking the same the same setup, XL and hitch mount.
