2021 JLUR here - I've taken the hardtop off 3 times now and have noticed a distinct rattle coming from the rear. It's not present with the roof off so I'm guessing it's something to do with the rear window. I've triple checked all roof bolts are tight. Any advice? It's just annoying and I'm sure I'm going to be told it's a "jeep thing" Thanks!

Try putting some bulb grease along the rubber seals.

Try applying a thin strip of clear 3M anti-squeak tape along the lip of the tailgate. Worked well for me and many others. See this thread: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/rear-glass-panel-noise.12595/post-669429
