Hardtop problem - defroster stripes / lines

I have a new JL 2021 in July, took the hardtop off a month later and it’s been in my garage ever since. What’s going on with the rear defrost strips!

I think that is normal. It is bare metal, and is just reacting to the humidity in the air.

That's normal. Heat and or moisture causes the color change.
