Goodyear Duratrac flats

Just sharing my experience. My buddy runs the Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs. We have taken three off road trips in the last 3 months. He has experienced one flat per trip with these tires. Always a side wall failure. I captured two of the flats. I wouldn’t recommend these tires if you plan on off roading your Jeep.

Yup, weak sidewalls. They are great snow and gravel road tires, but they can't handle wheeling in rocks. I seem to remember they only have a 2 ply sidewall, which is too thin for sharper rocks.

I tend to agree. This last trip was my 1st with the KK R/T's. Anecdotal of course but I ran mine at 13 PSI in CO and Moab. This was on Poughkeepsie Gulch. Sadly, one in our group did get a sidewall cut.
