jadmt... I do not get any of the screens you show in the above post. It will not go into the off road pages on that screen. All I get is the Off Road Pages icon on the first screen shown and it will not go past that.

I am guessing you have done a soft reset? also have you called connect care at a 800-777-3600 I know some have not had good luck but they helped me when I was having issues with mine..basically they had me do the soft reset and when that did not work they apparently had to do some tech stuff with some sort of over the air thing....way over my head but what ever they did worked for me it took a week or so....then my issue was fixed..

Hey,
What happens when you hit the HOME tab?
I thought I was having the same issue a while back but when I hit the home tab I get to the pages.

Maybe I'll run out and see if I can take a short video.

I think I can pull the pages up in 2WD also.

I initially had issues with Off-Road Pages access on UConnect 5 in my 2024 Wrangler.

What I found works is creating a new UConnect Driver Profile, as a COPY of the current Profile. Then within the NEW profile, try accessing Off-Road Pages. It should work. If it does, don't delete the original profile, just keep using the New profile.

This has been the workaround for me that allows me to access Off-Road Pages on my UConnect 5 screen.

Hope this helps.

I initially was not able to get them to pull up by just using the "apps".
I don't know what I did or what changed, but a while back I hit the "home" tab and now everything seems as it should be.
This video may or may not help anybody but I can get the pages to pull up using both methods.

I was in 2WD during the video.

For the first time yesterday my Off ROad Pages came up and worked in the center screen. I did nothing different and the dealer has not looked at it. I saw this similar thing happen to the Epic Adventures 2 door that the Ginger drives. It would no work at the RUbicon until he got back home. It was like mine turned itself on at 4000 miles.

Glad it finally worked for you. Also I find it hilarious how many guys with the older Uconnect 4 system were trying to give advice. The 2024+ Uconnect 5 is a completely different system, and can't really be compared for steps on opening an app.
