I have a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 392 XR that I ordered from the factory. She has 9,400 miles and, today, my screen started showing a white box in the middle (see attached). The white box is on my screen all the time, making my backup camera, navigation, and anything else that displays on the screen useless.
I tried doing the soft reset, didn’t work. Anyone else have this same problem and how were you able to resolve the issue? Would love NOT to have to take my girl into the shop for gawd knows how long and have to drive a rental. Thanks!

Unfortunately that is an issue you might not be able to fix yourself. You can try one thing before likely having to bring it to the dealer.

With the vehicle running, pull fuse F97 for the radio. Wait a moment and then put the fuse back in. That will do a full reset of the radio. If it works, you're golden. If it doesn't, off to the dealer you go. Good luck.

That's really strange, I don't know if it would necessarily fix anything. But I'm always been a fan of doing a hard reset on things before I take it to a shop. It might be worth while to take off the dash trim and unplug the screen from the dash itself. Maybe let it sit for like 15 minutes and then plug it all back together and snap the trim back in place.

I definitely say, you should probably wait and see if somebody pops up with a better suggestion, but if nothing comes it might be worth a try. It could literally be something as simple as a loose connection in the back or possibly a little bit of dust got into the wrong thing and it could be causing that as well. Technology sucks man, hope you figure this one out.

At first I thought you had taped a paper receipt over the screen to hide some info. It looks/sounds like a (physically) broken screen to me, but that's my guess, not an expert opinion.
