The bumper I ordered is P/N - FBB-10255.

I’m using a Zeon 12-S winch from a PowerWagon. I’ll cover the conversion to a regular use winch later in this thread.

Here’s a few pics to get started.

Got the grill removed and the horns cut off.

I wish I could weigh how much of this Jeep has been chopped off and ground away. Lol. There are several pounds of powdered Jeep all over the floor.

Enjoy fitting the Zeon in. Had to grind down a lot of the winch and the inside of the frame horns to get a 10-S in.

I don't mind grinding on it. I'm not one of those guys that bitches about my scratched winch. Lol

I ended up putting in some M10 rivnuts and making the top bolts bigger and stronger. I did this so I have a place to mount anything in the future.

No grinding of the winch needed. It’s hitting in nearly every corner, but I just pushed it down to the plate and it went down and lined up great.

I'm not going to lie. It was an excellent write-up, but I had difficulty looking at the winch or the bumper. I was too mesmerized by the rest of the components in that front end. That is some serious Jeep porn you have there.

Just noticed you're in Weatherford. I stay there every few months. The company
I work for is out of Mineral Wells.

Got it all mounted up. I’ve got a little work to do to finish the winch itself. There’s no remote plug-in on the side of the control pack on this one. I’m going to run an extension cable to the cab then mount a remote switch and aux plug-in for the wired remote. One day at a time.

Nice! Jealous of your winch fitment, glad it worked out for you. Looking great! Along with others, amazed by the quality and craftsmanship of your build. I'm following your cage thread as well.

Last thing now is to get a fairlead. The winch I used, being from a Power Wagon, needed a wiring change and a remote harness. The Power Wagon 12-S has several differences from the regular 12-S, but can easily be converted. I spliced the 5 wire from the winch into a 6 wire remote plug in. The blue wire in the harness can be cut and it’s not used. Ended up mounting the remote harness to the bumper. Pretty clean looking. Need a Warn sticker for the control pack, too, I suppose.

That bumper looks great! Looking to add the antirock sway bar as one of the first accessories to my Willys. How hard was the install?

Install isn't difficult at all. Just need to be prepared to make small adjustments to the mounting holes in case they're not perfect. Outside of that, install is a breeze.

Did you go with the lighter or heavy duty bar? I don’t plan adding more than 37s, bumper winch in the future so was going to go with the lighter bar. Hopefully something I can knock out in the driveway. Thanks for feedback.
