2021 Jeep has 24k miles and was working on a fender chop kit when I noticed the oil around the steering gear box. Any thoughts on if this is reason for concern? thanks

That’s a pretty common leak to have. If it’s still under warranty, Jeep will replace the gearbox. If it’s out of warranty, the seals aren’t difficult to replace. Just takes a bunch of time. There’s nothing critical to worry about yet. You’re ok to drive around. Just double check the fluid level weekly until it’s addressed.

Check the torque of the line nuts first . One of them may just be letting it seep out.

The leak pattern seems to point to the line closest to the input shaft as the culprit. Unless the dealership is hurting for work, this really isn't worth trying to fix. It doesn't technically fit the definition of a leak per diagnostic TSB's they have published in recent years. AKA it isn't dripping therefore not leaking.
