Hi there,
so we have two JL. One is my daily driver and the other one is wife’s toy (10000 miles after 3 years).
I was installing the front control arm skid plate which replaces the bolts. When I took them off, I noticed that my daily drivers bolts are as good as new(left), while the other ones bolt has some corrosion happened(right), although it has a lot less mileage drive. These are same grade 8 5/8 bolts I installed with lift kit. Wondering what could cause this? We are in California and the climate is quite dry.
