Hello, I have a 22 JLR with stock headlights and fog lights non led. I recently put a new steel bumper on my jeep and the factory fog lights do not fit. If I get a set of oem led fog lights will they just plug into my existing harness or is there something else I need too do?
Thanks for the assistance!

It says the factory LED foglights fit.
yea I guess I should have clarified further. I’m not spending hundreds of dollars for some oem leds. Also the brackets for it too mount aren’t even the ones shown in the pictures. I think I got one meant for a jk so I was hoping someone else ran into this problem. Thank you though

When you say "do not fit", are you referring o the wiring harness, or the bolt holes? The wiring harness should match, unless you buy some cheap stuff from overseas. If that's the case, it's still as simple as connecting positive-positive & negative-negative. With your new bumper, you can use any fog light for JL's/JK's with the 4-hole configuration. Websites will usually describe these as "for JK/JL Sahara/JL Rubicon w/ plastic bumper". Hope this helps.

Maybe I can help. Can you post some pix of the mounting and brackets?

If you're looking to mount something like Baja Designs Squadron lights, their website shows the brackets and we may be able to figure this out.

The description says the halogens don't fit.

Not positive, but you may get a fog light out error swapping direct to the LEDs. Tazer and I'd assume JScan can correct.

IIRC, there are three different fog housing/mounting patterns. Halogen, LED, and Steel bumper LED.

It’s the lights themselves that do not fit in the housing of the bumper. So any kind of bracket I would have doesn’t sit flush with the mounting holes for my bumper. If that makes sense.

since it’s a jk bumper (thanks extreme terrain) I got JK led fog lights and the connectors were fine the lights illuminated when I turned on the ignition. I just can’t get the lights too sit inside the holes.

They may have the same bumper marketed for both, and wouldn't be the only ones.

The mounting works very similarly, but there is a difference in the amount the frame horns stick out. From personal experience with a similiarly dual marketed bumper, recommend you check tire clearance at stuff and winch to grille clearance.

So, I went to Baricade's website. Here's what I saw.

That looks like my Rockhard bump and my Baja Designs Squadron Pro lights.

I wish I had that. I’ll go outside and take a picture of what my mount looks like lol. I just talked to someone with the same issue as me so I think my only option is the oem leds
