If you stick with black fenders, black top it kind of balances out the more intense colors. It will look better on the JL than on the 300 because of the contrasting black trim.

Hi to all, I`m a former owner of a JK Unlimited in Hydro Blue Pearl, Oscar Mike edition. I have traded my JK in for a new JL in Ocean Blue Metallic.
I had would have ordered it blind, not seeing the color at all, If it was not for this site I would have never known to go check out a 300 to see the "new" blue. That made me feel so much better compared to a 1' square paint sample the dealer had
My JK was lifted with a 3.5" kit from AEV, Big shout out to Cash over at AEV, had some fitment issues back in 2015 when I bought the JK off the lot. He was able to help me out and it seemed as if he did not even blink an eye to give me the answer I needed. Hope their JL kit comes out quicker then the projected 8 month lead time that's out now, but I know it will be worth the wait.
Ok, Kinda lost where I was going with the blue. In one of your earlier posts you mentioned that Jeep.com gave you a date of 19-21 and "your guy at the plant gave you the 21st" How does the average guy find out what is going on with his Jeep Rubicon that had the ordered placed by the dealer on 2/8 ?? and I have been given a VIN but no other info.

Wow, that looks beautiful. I originally didn't like the blue (coming from a Hydro owner), but if I don't go with Mojito, this will definitely be what I end up with.

NICE! looks good on the rainy day but would love to see what this looks like in full sun. good to finally see it on the jeep. I was really on the fence with this color and since I couldn't see it on the jeep before ordering, and after seeing Punk-N finally revealed on the jeep, it scared me to follow through. I picked granite. BOO!!!! Thanks Jeep.

I kid..... granite will look great too. The color started to become less of a concern of mine so I let my wife and daughter pick the color the night of the order and they loved granite. Really, Jeep could send it to me without paint and I would be fine with that.

I'm not sure what to think regarding the above real life pictures of the ocean blue paint. Its nice, don't get me wrong. But I am coming from a 2016 RUBI JK Hydro Blue Pearlcoat Exterior. I already ordered the JL and I'm hoping once I see it in person, I will be in love. And I'm sure its a different tone once the color gets the sunlight :]

If jeep would have offered the JL in Hydro or Cosmo, those would have been my choice of color if I were to pick any blue.
