And now it’s getting even more interesting. Charging station rates are creeping up. We have one place that we stop at on our way to Wisconsin. They started out being free, raised it to $2 per hour and now we just got a note that says it’s going up to $5 per hour. So that would be about $10 for 20 miles. Hmmmmm.

Park right next to the driver's door and run the charge cable over their hood. Maybe they'll figure out what that spot is for.
Guilty of that a few times.....

To add some fuel to the fire. Charlotte to Moab last weekend pulling the off road camper. Lots of headwinds.

Don’t really care about the fuel cost, it’s the range number that kills. 150 miles a tank.

Good info. That's pretty much what owners of full EVs like the Ford Lightning and Rivian R1T are reporting when towing. It cuts range by 50%. I'm close to 60, so between my rear end and my bladder I'm typically stopping every couple of hours to stretch my legs, hit the restroom and grab a soda :)
