Fender repair/replace help

Rear driver fender got smacked in a parking lot. Person was actually nice enough to leave a note and is willing to pay for the repair. Seems mostly cosmetic, but also popped a few rivets. Best I can tell, I need a new fender, liner, rivets and whatever that plastic piece is between the bumper and the fender. My concern is the fender looks a little further away from the body. Should I take it to a dealer/body shop to check it out and replace it? Are there any brackets that could be bent or am I just over analyzing this. Pics below. If I bought the parts and did it myself, how hard is it? What else would I need to buy.

If the fenders attach anything like the JK, they just pop into the body with little plastic snaps. Chances are some of those got stretched or broke where the gap is larger. I’d be surprised if any sheet metal is damaged underneath. Even if it is, it would likely only require a shop to pull on it a bit. Doesn’t look like any damage to the sheet metal where it is visible. Likely something you could do yourself if you were eager but wouldn’t hurt to get an opinion from shop.

I would have the dealer body shop look it over and give you an estimate. Ask those questions.

The rubicon rear driver side fender is about 130-140 without any discounts. As for that other piece, I’m not sure on the price for that. It’s not crazy expansive though.
