I got no love from jeep, it took me three calls to different dealers to get on a list for the recall. They said they are a month out.

Arrived at dealer at 7:00 I joked with the guys about how much oil, and they laughed "yeah we know 5 quarts for a JL" they have a service bay by the waiting area so I watch them rotate tires and change oil. Then off for the recall repair, at 7:45 my Rubicon was parked in the front and ready to go and I was back home at 8:00.
What planet are you on? Where I live you would probably still be waiting in the drop-off line to get checked in at 7:45. lol. They turn people away who don't have appointments. I remember at one point appointments were scheduled 2+ weeks out!

Consider me very, very envious. I'm super happy to hear stuff worked out!

I took my '18 JLU in for first oil change last week. Made the appt over dealer website. I just reminded them five quarts, not six. Service advisor offered to do the V41 fix. They had the parts. In and out quickly. No problems. Newnan CDRJ, Newnan, GA.

Westgate Chrysler Jeep, Plainfield Indiana, is another great one. All the service advisors are very good and they get it right, every time. I've had my JK serviced by them for 12 years, including a new manual transmission. They did the installation perfectly. The salesman for my JL was outstanding, too. His name is George Harrell.

I know right? And I did not purchase my JL there either (they didn't have the spec JL I wanted) but have been servicing it there since 1st service. This was my 3rd oil change and same experience each time...

That's similar to how it worked with my dealership. I didn't purchase my JK there, but over the years, they earned my business with great service, so I made sure to order the JL there. There is a lesson in there for all dealerships.

Just got my stabilizer recall done. Took about an hr and that is with their courtesy wash and software update thrown in.

Software update is to correct 1,000,000 showing up in the odometer. Apparently an owner got upset when they saw that number come up cause that would have caused a very expensive lease turn in expense.

Work was done at Jim Marsh Centennial Jeep/Chrysler.
