Since i see mostly negative threads about dealers and FCA i figure i post something positive.

About 2 weeks or so ago my rear window shatter while driving. I took it in they took pictures and submitted to fca.

Today i was notified that fca will cover it and the part has been ordered. Felt great not going to lie, this is my 5 fca vehicle in the past 14 years.

That's good considering how bad they were back in 09, '10, etc when they were trying to save money by weasling out of warranty claims.......

Oh i agree, i had a bad experience back in 05.

Took my neon in for an oil change with a cold air i take, and the “restricted” the whole vehicle warranty because of it.

So i have seen it first hand too.

@JeepCares

Dealer still has not received the parts to repair my vehicle. Any chance you could ask whats the hold up with rear glass?

It's always nice when you tell people they do a good job and thank you. It is also appropriate to tell them they suck. But we seem to forget that first part about being human and telling people they did a good job.

When the engine blew on my 2012 JKU under 10,000 miles, my dealer was good about replacing the cylinder head. I had it back in under two weeks. Of course, the early Pentastar heads were popping with regularity, so they had some practice.
