@FCA Reps - Been in the reimbursement process for 2 months regarding recent recall

Hi there,

I am currently struggling for 2 months now working with FCA regarding a recent recall for 2018 JLU Wrangler manual transmission (friction plate recall). I have provided all documents requested by FCA to file a reimbursement & stopped receiving emails from FCA 20 days ago. Can someone please help me?

im actually headed in for the "inspection" for the recall on my clutch. i hope they fix it!

If you mean to say you replaced your clutch with something aftermarket and you want FCA to pay you for it good luck. A very small percentage of recalls resulted in full clutch replacement and since they weren't able to test yours it ain't gonna happen.
