Hello,
First time actually contributing after alot of time learning and lurking.
I put $1,000 down on a custom order for a Rubicon 4xe February 14th, 2022. It was delivered to the dealer this weekend! BUT the dealer says they can not find the "Access Fund" in their system when they look to apply the control code for affiliate pricing.
So now i've got $1,000 down on a vehicle i ordered based on a pricing agreement I signed 3 months ago that they can't validate.
How could the code work enough to lock in a price for me but not enough to complete the deal now?
Does the pricing agreement mean anything without the affiliate pricing applied?
I'd truly appreciate some guidance
