My guess is that it’s using a common ground on that circuit inside the controller as it’s not drawing that much power. The tech at Teraflex also said I could run with one or more unplugged while the checked my leaking one out.

I always forget about the app, but you can double check that the controller is at least working by using the app after calibration. I never remember to open it up on the trails.

I’m still on soft with the initial setting of 4. When I get the rear shock back we are heading to Windrock and will check out the other settings to see if we can tell a big difference. Of course I probably won’t be able to wait that long and will probably just change out both rears short term. My wife wants to go back to Beasley Knob and run it again for a stock vs lift, shocks and tires comparison and she remembers how rough that was after a good rain.
I just finished Beasley and windrock 16 and 26 this last week. I was on my damaged Kings though that aren't adjustable.

I thought that the manual settings are only for how firm you want to go in "firm mode" on the switch.

I thought the manual settings on the shock worked on both automatic and firm switch settings. In automatic it shifts into your preset firm settings under either user or predefined g force loads. The manual button forces it into those preset or user defined firm settings that you’ve created. Now I’m wondering if I can have a “normal” mode for daily driving and create a “toad” mode for pulling behind the RV that has different firm settings, but still works in an automatic mode as well.

I’ve got to call Teraflex next week on my leaky shock being sent out and I will see what other information they have on different settings and such as I’m confused.

Looking forward to Windrock in the Jeep. Only ran Windrock, Brimstone and Blue Heron in ATV’s in the past. Probably just throw both of the Quadratec Hydro 7.0 I bought on the back and go soon.

Beasley made me realize that we needed a good set of skids. We took some good shots running it stock after a rain with that mud as you couldn’t stay out of the ruts. Lucky no serious damage but a good lesson learned.
