I have been having a simular problem whereby my front 2 kneecap speakers seem very low and very distorted, not a rattle. been to the dealer enough times on this issue alone (of many problems) to strongly consider going the lemon route. paid extra for the upgraded stereo.
Dealer claims to have stuck some foam in , done several software updates claiming it's fixed and exact same problem. waited 3months for parts. The head unit was replaced with a referb not happy about that on a new vehicle especially since it wasn't the problem and they refused to replace my mopar screen protector. Taken several days off from work which is a money loss, while paying for a non functioning vehicle , and some complete non use of vehicle while in shop. plus it's a major hassle.
