I've got one at home somewhere that I never used; let me see if I can find it. Happy to send it to you.
Thanks, PM me if you do, I’m hoping I can make it work for the NoLimitz that is just dangling now too.

It's doable on a 2024 Rubicon-X, but not easy. There is enough room to get some fingers of one hand up in there, and a small opening behind that black bar to get a screwdriver up there to hold the tabs with one hand holding the screwdriver pushing the tabs as far as they go and use the fingers up in there to pull straight down on the wires - gently, you don't want to pull the wires out of the molex connector. Being a contortionist helps, so does a headlamp. Biggest issue I had was the screwdriver slipping off the tabs. I found that a thin blade screwdriver about 8-10 inches long worked best for me. Guarantee, after you do it once, you won't want to do it again, especially with that new for 2024 black bar in place which older model years don't have. Older model years without the alpine premium sound system amp are easy in comparison. Arrows in pic point to the new black bar, the location of the SGW connectors, and the alpine premium system amp. Get the extension cord so you easily unmarry and disconnect the tazer for dealer visits.

I don’t unmarry it for dealer visits, heck, he checked it and the NoLimitz for codes or footprints in case they had to be delt with for warranty work….. there were none. They even installed the NoLimitz when the new ECM was installed, for NC. 🤷🏼‍♂️
when the tech apparently defaulted the settings back to stock I gave him good natured grief about f’ing up my settings and he promised to not let it happen again…… regrettably, he is no longer there, I need to find another good one to use ….. again 😒

I struggled with mine for about 20 minutes and then asked a young kid to try. He had it installed in about 15 seconds ! lol

Understandable — R hand broken as a kid, Transmission dropped on and broke the L one, an idjit airman crushed the R one with a forklift, .50 Cal burst barrel shattered the L thumb, only partially successful carpel tunnel surgery on both. Fine tasks are like using boxing gloves to perform…… Life happens, more happens with age. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Wow, that is a great dealer. Many dealers just look for any excuse to void your warranty. I always unmarry before going to the dealer.

Yep- but my “trained” service rep is gone. I had a good one before him too, I lost a GC fob and bought a replacement “ they charge a fortune to program, “I work Saturday, no big shots, I’ll take care of it “ I did have several months between “good ones” though. I have a prospect, when I took it in last time and ribbed the new one about “fixing” my settings “don’t worry, I’m trainable too” neither the settings nor tire pressure were changed— a good sign. I will continue to be a “buddy” until he knows me, my Jeep and phone number by sight like the other “good ones” have, since my 95 PU.
The last one even offered to swap PCM’s if I wanted a tune “before I did something drastic to eliminate MDS, I’ll swap the stock one back for warranty work” hence the new one that he installed at NC- billed “internal” . Fortunately, the NoLimitz made the during warranty tune unnecessary, the new ones might not be so generous. But I now have the PCM available for a tune. 😁
