14.3, same as when normal.
It doesn't look like an electrical issue, have you hooked up a code scanner to look for trouble codes?

I would say if it reads 14.3 all the time even after coming off a charge then you likely have a battery issue, Jerry would know more.

My running voltage coming off a fresh charge is in the 12.8-13.2 range and after being parked a few days it will start off at 14+ but within 15-20 mins drops to the mid 13’s and after driving for an hour or so will be back at the low 13’s to high 12’s and of course when breaking or just letting off the gas it does it’s regenerative charging as designed.

I will admit I don’t have stock batteries and run two full size ones that are identical

I checked for codes last week and there was none. However, yesterday the CEL came on, and went back off before I got home. That code was PO365, which I believe to be a camshaft position sensor error. It hasn't been back on though.

A camshaft position sensor failure could certainly impact performance which could trigger the other issues. You need to get it checked out by a dealer.
