EGR valve temp sensor P04D1

So I’ve been having trouble with code P04D1, trying to figure out if I should replace the temp sensor or the whole eve valve Andy advice would help, also getting a P04D2 code (manufacture control)

Well the sensor is cheaper I'd imagine. Seems like a no-brainer to start there.
