I’ve exhausted my search ability trying to find replacement bolts and torque specs.
id like to replace the bolts on the rear driveshaft to differential flange and front driveshaft to diff.
Can’t seem to find them on mopar or other sites
I also need the torque spec on these front and rear DS to diff bolts. One chart I found specs 29 ft pounds. Just want to verify.
2022 JLU
I’d really appreciate any help.
Thanks

Where are you getting the flange?
Not sure I understand your question.
I’m replacing both my sport axles with Rubi axles. The driveshafts connect to the differentials with 8 bolts flange to flange. What little I’ve found is suggesting that these bolts should not be reused.

This is a pinion flange. I thought you were replacing the stock axle flange over to this style.

You probably shouldn't reuse the bolts. But If I was out in the middle of nowhere and needed to get back in town you can damn sure bet I'd reuse with some good ole red loctite and make it home.

These bolt came out of 2018 Rubicon. They appear to be M8x1.25 and the threaded portion is 2" long.

I wouldn't use red Loctite. They would be very hard to remove if you needed to do service. My go to place for nuts and bolts is Tractor Supply. They sell grade 8 stuff by the pound. FWIW, I removed and replaced my driveshafts yearly for service. I always reused the bolts. I always torqued them to "good n' tight."

Thanks everyone. Torqued the rear to 29 FP and the front I used my best judgment by hand.
I’ll stop by my dealer and order some new bolts just to satisfy my ocd.
