Driver side lower spring perch hitting frame

Hope everyone is well. since this weekend I have been getting a noise when fully stuffed and turning passenger. I realized the lower spring perch is hitting the steering brace. Why could this be happening? Jeep drives perfectly fine other wise.

2019 JLU Moab. OEM 33' tires
OEM upper control arms
2.5" Terraflex lift with fixed Terraflex lower control arms, falcon 2.1 shocks.
Steer smarts adjustable track bar
Steer smarts draglink, and tie rod and steering reinforce brace.

Mine hit more than yours due to the fact that my front axle was pushed forward quite a bit by control arms and drop brackets. What I did to remedy the issue was to shorten the control arms and grind away the circled part in the picture. Steer smart bracket is beefy and has enough meat so you don't have to worry about taking away any strength.

Since you mentioned you don't have adjustable lower arms... Grinding away the corner some should do the trick.

I had the same issue with the SteerSmart reinforcement bracket. I returned it and bought a Synergy bracket instead which offers more clearance. No more issues.

thank you sir , i actually had a Synergy bracket before this one , for some reason i kept having creeking sounds and had to keep re-torquing the bolts every few hundred miles and got a bit annoying (yes i used lock tite), I guess i swap issues lol

Is the axle centered? Any spring bow?
