I installed Rancho 3.5 lift coils all the way around my Jeep and the lower isolator pads to correct for the bow but after the first trip with them the front is now sagging and the coils are bowed inward on both sides and hitting the frame on both sides of the jeep. I have the front track bar centered with a realignment bracket which is why it's hitting both sides. Anyone have an issue like this. It has 4in bump stops as well.

So I had the same problem until doing the relocation brackets. The problem was the angle & location of the axle. when doing just the coils & shocks, the axle is moving back & rotating forward due to the fixed control arms.

Control arm Relocation brackets put it in a better place.

Now, I also did adjustable lower control arms because I wanted to be able to adjust my caster to improve steering.

I also have an adjustable front track bar (no bracket for the track bar).

My coils now look perfect, and the Jeep rides & steers like a dream.

Thanks, I failed to mention I have adjustable control arms all the way around.just seems weird it was fine on driving in the road for months but then the first trip running trails and flexing is when it started rubbing. I'll check my arms again and see if I can figure it out thanks.

If they're bowing straight inward towards the frame, you may just need to replace the bow correcting pads for a pair of regulars.

I was thinking about putting the stock lower pads back in as well, and I already have adjustable arms and the track bar relocation brackets to fix those issue.

If it just started after an off road trip, I would check the top. I have seen some where the top can move a little under extreme articulation, and then are not centered in the top pads.

I’m with Mike on this one. Most correction pads are for outward spring bow.

So update, I haven't messes with it because I have been busy but I might have it figured out. Its gotten worst as time has gone on and I forgot I had taken the upper coil pad and cut the nipples off when I had a 3/4 in spacer up there. I have a feeling it has spun more and more around and caused the front end to loose alot of height and bow the springs inward. I put fire hose against the frame so it wouldn't damage the frame but hopefully I will get some time to check this theory soon.

So finally figured out the issue with the springs hitting the frame. The upper coil isolators have squished outward over the edge of the lip and the lower Rancho reclocked isolator springs are what caused the coils springs to coil inward. So I replaced the upper isolators with a new set of stock ones and I kept swapping the lower isolators until it straightened the coils. So now I have no more issue and its fixed.
