I’ve searched and for the life of me can’t figure out the problem here. A pillar tube isn’t clogged. Cowl opened and looked nothing clogged. So now I’m just trying to figure out and need help with, why in the morning or after a rain under my floor mat is damp but the top is my floor mat is dry. It’s a leak somewhere that I can’t find. You will notice from under the floormat that it’s only wet in the middle so it’s not coming from under the dash or the entire floormat and carpet would be wet. It’s only I the middle. Thanks for any help you can provide or share similar experiences with your JLU

Remove the driver's side cowl ...... and in good light, take a close look... Good chance you need to seal up the mated areas (seam) under there so water can not pass through. Also, do re-check the pillar drain..

Also, be sure plastic cover on firewall behind your brake pedall has not fallen off. Water can come in through there also.

Those seams with silicone. Sorry don’t have a photo but will take a picture tonight and share. Thanks for the advice

Yes, those seams ...... they may look/appear properly sealed up... but very often water gets through the seal product placed by the factory.

Consider getting a tube of clear silicone sealant and coat well with it, any and all previously factory sealed areas found under the cowl..

Also check that the circular, plastic firewall plug is in place.
