Odd liquid under drivers side carpet, leak?

Anyone else having issues with liquid under your carpet? I’m not really sure what’s going on. It’s a clear liquid but oily/greasy feeling.

I had my Jeep checked for leaks, so far nothing. Also, I have the oem molded mats and they’ve never had water leaked on top of them. It’s wet under the mat and through the carpet. So, it has to be coming from underneath the vehicle?

I pulled out the carpet and it’s wet and greasy feeling. The body seal is discolored and really squishy. Also when you push on it, you can see liquid squeeze out.

I have been to the car wash but that was a month ago (so things should have dried if that was the cause). And I have not driven through any deep water.

Any ideas of what’s going on here. The dealership doesn’t have any answers for me.
