Does anyone make round side view mirrors similar to the photo that replace the OEM mirrors attached to the doors? I only see options for doors off mode but I'd love to rock them with my doors on.

The Jeep in your photo is a JK. The JLs that we own don't have those upper cowl bolts on the window frame.

I'm sure they make some that attached to the lower cowl bolts on the JL, should be easy enough to do Google search and find some.

Or better yet go to extreme terrains website, put in your vehicle make, model, year, and trim, and shop from there.

👍

Extreme Terrain make a mirror that is attached to the hood hinge. ..
But what are you going to do with the factory doors that have a mirror attached? Remove mirrors? But what about the exposed attachment points?

I was hoping there was one that either attaches to the same point the OEM mirrors do or attaches elsewhere and includes some kind of cover for the OEM mirror mounting points.

I assume OEM mirror mounting point covers aren't a thing (for some reason)?

Prob wishful thinking I know...

These worked well for me. I like to run with no doors, fabric half doors or tube doors in the summer. These mirrors work with all three door options.

Those are the style I want but I'm looking for ones to replace the stock mirrors so I can use them with the doors on, not off.

There are a lot of guys who run round mirrors in auto racing. What they usually do is make a flat plate from aluminum or carbon fiber that mounts to the oem location and they mount a universal round mirror to the plate. That's likely to be your best option.

No one makes what you want. Not sure why you want them, but they could be fabricated easy enough.

Cut a 3/16 steel plate to match the shape of the mirror base on the door, weld mounting bolts to the back, or drill holes to bolt through them. Once those are done fabricating and fitting the mounting bases, then weld an arm to them that you can bolt some round mirror heads to them. Then all you have to do is bead blast them, prime and paint the color of your choice.

Just want it for looks. The big plastic OEM mirrors look like they came off one of those plastic little tykes kids carts from the 90s. But I suspected there wasn't an option without serious customization work.

Thanks for the feedback.
