Honestly the rugged ridge ones are not bad. @OldGuyNewJeep - Not sure what the issue u had was but I find them pretty easy to install (including getting them both at the same level) and I havenā€™t experienced much movement or vibration.

I can see how these are more work than the coyotes seem to be for fast on/off. But Iā€™m cruisin doors off today and very happy.

I ordered one of the round ones (Rugged Ridge), just one. Wanted to give it a try and in Texas only one rear facing mirror on a vehicle is required, so the interior one is fine.

What really surprises me is that Jeep doesn't offer a solution. I'm all about free market and having a choice, but if they doors are meant to come off, which they are, seems Jeep should also find a way to move the OEM mirror back to Jeep.

Supposed to be her by Friday, I'll let y'all know how that works out. ;-)

Well since the door off weather for many of us is almost over (Northeast) if anyone cares to wait until the spring I'll guarantee the JL Kikbax mirror brackets and foot peg combo will be released. They are hands down the best solution out there, I loved mine so much on my JK. Slide them right into the door hinges and drive. No adjusting, no vibration, no movement and a built in foot peg to boot.

These will also work with the tube doors, where obviously the mirrors that require the hinge connection won't be compatible since they both need the same connection. For that reason, I'm considering these Rugged Ridge mirrors.

Awesome, glad they work for you! Maybe Iā€™m too persnickety, but want something I can put on and adjust very quickly. These took me longer to install and adjust than taking out my windows and doors and storing them. Thatā€™s too long for me. Once out on the road, I then wanted to adjust more and thereā€™s no easy way to do that as a screwdriver and helper are needed.

Note that I have the small round ones. Maybe the bigger rectangular ones are easier to adjust.

Anyway, I posted them for sale but no one seems interested. Iā€™m going to ship them back, today, so last call!

Any com concern with the mount scratching the paint?
None whatsoever, as it comes with 2 pieces of clear vinyl that are applied under the mount.

Just put my Rugged Ridgeā€™s on for the first time and wow, itā€™s great to have a real mirror instead of the vent option. Driverā€™s side is perfect but passengerā€™s side doesnā€™t seem to get as tight, due to the direction they screw in. In tightening, I managed to unseat the female part within the arm that mounts to the windshield, something I believe they warn you about in the directions and something I hope they change going forward because it doesnā€™t take much. I added some JB weld within the tube to hold the female receptor in and all is well again.

They look great, whistle a little around 40-50 but a solid solution. I do wish the passengerā€™s side would turn in a bit more, is that just me?

Quadratec finally shipped my Lange Coyote mirrors and I received them today. Everything was packaged loosely and the top of the mirror packaging was cut off. Looks like a generic mirror with Lange attachments. Anyone else receive their Coyote mirrors in a similar fashion?

I did a little more digging and it looks like they are K Source mirrors that I can buy on Amazon for $7 a piece. :swear:
