I just got mine back from a passenger door leak. We discovered it at EJS on day 3 for us when it was raining for our Fins and Things trail. My wife was getting wet from the rain coming from the top of the door/freedom panel.
I had them replace that door weatherstripping a couple of years ago due to loud air /wind noise in that particular area. It helped it, for a while but got noisy again over time. They replaced the seal once again under the same warranty claim and this time replace a "seal trough" that was supposedly damaged from the previously installation of the door seal. They tested it and it passed. I haven't tested it yet nor driven anywhere where I can tell if its noisy.
I may have to try that door bending thing. Although now my wife has to slam the door to get it closed all the way right now.
