I noticed that also, but it’s brand new with only 1k and not even Offroad yet so I don’t see how. Any ideas?
You would be the 3rd JL I've seen with crazy camber numbers. I would have a 2nd alignment shop just check that alignment, if they show the same, I'd work on submitting a warranty with Jeep/FCA. It is very possible that the alignment heads were not on correctly but that would cause me to not trust any of the other alignment specs.

FWIW my Jeep drove like a bumper car at the fair with the caster at almost 7. Once the alignment guy dialed it back down to 6.0 (drivers side) and 6.2 (passenger side) it now drives like a dream. I also had them set toe in to max allowable but still in the green. What tires are you running and at what PSI?

Add mine. They are not as bad as his but not withing spec. Mine is driving good by dialing everything else in. And to be honest, I would not be surprised one bit if FCA was selling Jeeps with bent axles right off the production line. Or maybe it's the aluminum knuckles?

I really hope it’s their alignment machine or bad set up of sensors, this is crazy! And how could that of changed with one week of driving (on road only) and having just UCAs swapped? I guess this would explain the shimmy and horrible steering feel when braking. This is definitely concerning, thanks for everyone’s help!

Like I said, have another shop verify the alignment and give you a print out. It would be hard to trust anything on that page knowing that the alignment heads were likely that far off.

I had a thought last night, I know that's shocking in itself, but here goes. I'm not an alignment expert but i believe the fixtures used in the front mount to the hub where the wheels mount, which is outside of the knuckles. I know many people have found their ball joints at the knuckles to be loose. If the ball joints are loose it would make sense to me that the knuckles could be out of intended alignment thus making the hubs not square with the axle like they should be, which may throw camber specs out of tolerance like a bent axle would. @JMONEZ I think you should pull the cotter pins on your ball joints and verify the torque, I probably need to do the same thing. @Rock Krawler Suspension does this make sense to you, or am I barking up a wrong tree here?

It is definitely worth checking.

While replacing my drag link, I went through my front steering components this past weekend and found that both my upper and lower ball joints were slightly loose (verified using torque wrenches that are calibrated every 180 days), as well as both of my tie rod ends.
