Does Jeep Wave program give free oil changes?

How does this work? I called a dealership nearby to schedule an oil change and they had no clue about it and told me to call Chrysler. I tried going through the Jeep Wave website to schedule an appointment, but it was showing the oil change was $66 and the tire rotation for $25. The whole thing is confusing.

I just called the Jeep Wave number and they said to just mention it when I bring the car in for service and they should give me credit then.

Did you get the kit/package in the mail or with the purchase? Came with little “Jeep” decals for your upper windshield, Jeep dealer I get service with (not the one I purchased from) never even asks, Thy have it in record how many I’ve used and how many I have left.

The dealer should have it in their system when the jeep goes in for it.

I do think it took a bit for the kit to come in.

My dealer explained the program to me in detail when I bought the vehicle two weeks ago.
