Decided to build my own winch bumper - on the cheap. I get vertigo when bending over and turning my head up so I wanted a stubby bumper so I could access the quick disconnects without crawling under a full width bumper. I also wanted a recessed winch to keep it low. It started out simple but then wanted a place to put the license plate and fog lights. And figured while I'm at might as well put on a bull bar to protect the winch and then add a small led light bar - why not all the cool kids are doing it. Topped it off with the flat link - ya know to really make it mall rated. Pretty happy with how it turned out. With the money I saved I got a winch cover, tree saver and a snatch block.

At first as I was scrolling, meh but once you did the raptor liner bedliner, I couldn't tell the difference between it and buying one :) Very well done!

Looks real good. Question: What did you do for the fog light mounting situation? I've been thinking about doing something similar to this with my bumper, but I haven't figured out a good solution for mounting/ securing them inside the bumper.

When I saw the first pic I thought this thread was going to be a joke. Nope!

Dang man, great work!

A few more questions, cause I really like this solution and I think I may be able to work with it with a little help.
-What kind of tubing/ pipe did you use?
-Are they the LED Fogs or Halogen?
-Any tips on doing this?
-Any pics of that part going together?

Thanks, and great job, again!

-What kind of tubing/ pipe did you use? I had some scrap 4" pipe in my metal pile and the lights fit inside perfectly.
-Are they the LED Fogs or Halogen? Stock halogen
-Any tips on doing this? I left the lights attached to the plastic mounting bracket and just mounted the bracket to some tabs welded on the pipe. Still have the stock adjusters on them.
-Any pics of that part going together? No but I can probably get a pic of the backside and post later.

Thanks, and great job, again!
