Does anyone know what brand of lights these are (Side facing)? This is a Quadractec A-Pillar light bracket but they dont sell the lights. Bolt hole measurements are 4.1" Center to Center.

I was thinking the Hella MS6 but I think you’re right. The mounting distance is very very close.
