Gobi Rack Ditch Light Mount?

Anyone have a mount that works for the gobi rack for side ditch lights? I plan to point these out to the sides more than forward. That top of the three bolts in the attached picture looks like a good spot but I'd need a mount that attaches horizontally. I could attach it to the bar with an axia alloy up higher but I feel like that'll look kinda dumb. Any ideas?
