2 colours on everything. Love the clean look. Looks better as one package rather than 2 or 3 accent colours. Started doing this with sleds back in the Mid 90’s. Now I do it with quads, bikes, trucks and my Jeeps. Just gotta black out the amber flasher!

Started the process. Just don’t like the red on this color. I may add hood badge back in just black but will wait to get final bumper / rails on to see.

I took my Wrangler decal off. Left the Jeep emblem. It's all up to you, it looks kinda bare without anything there though. I like the vintage emblem Jeep put on the J6 concept. I'd buy it right now to replace my fender emblems if someone made a quality set.

@Threedom Could make these on their MJF machines. Good shot peen and vapor polish and they'll look pretty good.

Debadged our Rubi using goo-b-gone, wish I knew about that 3m wheel!! I left the trail rated since it would look strange without it.

then immediately added the most important badge to the back ?

In keeping with my wife's love of sea turtles, I rebadged our 2024 Willys today.

And, just for anyone wondering, the access hole and attachment points are still inder the passenger side badge, so if you can't get or don't want a new windshield with the integrated antenna, you can still go old school!

The driver's side also has a hole, but it to help align the original badge. I don't remember this from my other Jeeps.

I don’t usually ask opinions but this minor cosmetic emblem thing is something I need another point of view on. See pic below.

So I’ve got a 19 Sahara. The emblems and the Wrangler decal have always annoyed me, not individually, but all three don’t match from the factory.

The Sahara emblem is a satin kinda silver, the JEEP is chrome, and the Wrangler Unlimited is both a sticker and it has black lettering.

I’d like to leave at least one emblem. I’ve considered plasti dipping the Sahara and Jeep emblems. I also thought about leaving only the Wrangler Unlimited because it would at least match my red and black colors the most.

Thoughts?

Thanks

Take it off and replace with this: The Original Sahara decal, 1988, I owned many of them over the years. They started out only coming in Green and finally I had enough. and had a dealer build me a real Sahara in Red...

That's the TJ Sahara decal. I had an 88 Sahara and it had a decal like this

Removed WILLYS and Wrangler decals. Sometimes regret removing the WILLYS.

Just removed mine yesterday. I’ve had my WILLYS for 3.5 years. Was so happy to get a WILLYS but decided I wanted a cleaner look. May even put retro stripes on it in the future but for now enjoying the cleaner hood. After reading all these comments I may go out and remove the wrangler.

That looks sharp, Terry! Wasn't going to, but now I'm really thinking of pulling the JEEP raised letters off the front fenders. Was going to replace them with blue accented, since they built this Hydro Blue and stuck red on it, but looking at yours and a few others on here that left them off, I'm really liking it.

Thank you. I know it’s not for everyone, but I like it. I took the rubicon decals off the first week I had it and slowly removed or blacked out most everything over the last year. It’s not irreversible if you change your mind.

Your Jeep, do your own thing. If you remove the emblems, use fishing line in a sawing motion so you don’t scratch the paint.

Personally I'm not a fan of de-badging, whenever I see any de-badged car I assume the owner is embarrassed about the model/trim they have and doesn't want anyone else to know. But maybe that's just me.
Apart from that, I just like the way the badging looks on most cars, and particularly on Jeeps. Maybe I'm weird.
This, do what you want, but lots of debadged bmw 320 trying to look like M3's.

Removed or blacked out everything except a charcoal grey and black decal on the winch

That's a pretty sharp Dodge Bronco you got there! Or maybe it's a Ford Cutlass Supreme? I have no idea without the branding now ?

What's the the small black port cover for on your passenger-side hood?
