It caught me off guard for sure never had that crap happen just from slowing down haha and I didn’t think to check the rotors 🤦🏻‍♂️ my first thought was it had to be suspension related

Not necessarily saying you didnt experience death wobble by hitting a bump while braking, but when it does happen its not just a shake of the steering wheel. The wheel tries to jump out of your hands and the whole Jeep shakes like crazy.

Rotors will give you some vibrations when braking but will go away as soon as you let go.

Check your steering stabilizer. It may be at a point that it can't do it's job as effectively as it once did. I just replaced mine at 40,000 miles.

You shouldn't be dancing while driving

That would make me experience death wobble.

You are lucky you are good at it, if you danced like this you would have surely crashed.

Steering stabilizers aren't a fix for death wobble or warped rotors. They are at most a bandaid and mask of actual broken parts and real issues.

You mean it's job of masking the real issue that would be the cause of death wobble?

Here's the new patented 6 stabilizer setup so that when one bandaid breaks, you have multiple backups!

and where in my suggestion did I say it would fix death wobble or a brake shudder? I guess you have verified his concern of a death wobble or a brake shudder over the internet?

You mean it's job of masking the real issue that would be the cause of death wobble?
Because replacing a worn out steering stabilizer is never part of a repair for death wobble? right?
