I am hoping the group may shed some light on this. It has been my thought that TSB are there for the dealer to use based on issues a customer is having...not based on VIN Numbers. Is this correct? I have so many issues that could be solved through the issued TSB. However because the dealer I used did not find any TSB on their computer when my VIN was pulled up they didn't do any of them stating it would have shown up in their computer.
I was wondering if anyone else is having similar issues with their dealers or did I just find the wrong person/dealer?
