Asking anyone running a Dana UD60 which front outboard shock mount you are running? My Fox 2.5 are hitting frame a full flex. Thanks!

Thanks Roky. I have those but they wont work due to the bigger axels tubes and different bolts unless I moc it up which I might do.

You take a look at the skyjacker's? They seem to mount differently than EVO/MC

Yeah, I was thinking you could use it as a guide, and fab something similar….

Yes, I think if I shave off some of the metal I could get it to work and maybe just throw some weld on it to give it more strength.

BTW, please report back what ends up working for you.
I will be at the same predicament as you in a couple weeks after I am done messing with the rear UD60 install.

Are you running the 4.5-6" FOX DSC shocks?
What springs you using?

Will do. I don't think the EVOs that I have will work I was going to do a lot of cutting but will try out other options first. I think I might try the super lift you sent and if it fits just throw some weld on it to reinforce. I am running the 4.5-6 DSC shocks with Accutune DS tune with the race valve upgrade. I am running the MC 4.5 springs front and back.

Looks like the Skyjackers may be the ticket. Just in case, as another option, the longer Bilstein 5160s come with an outboard mount. Would assume Bilstein may sell them as parts, would be pretty easy to fab. It's a U shaped bracket that goes from the inside face of the stock mount, bolts to the bottom of the mount. The longer shock bolt goes through both the factory and offset sections with a bushing in the factory mount.

Thanks! I just ordered the Skyjacker that looks pretty simple and should work. I will report back soon I hope.

Thanks for the update on the EVO's.
I will be calling Accutune today ordering new DSC 2.5 shocks I guess. I already run their DSC 2.5's 3.5-4" shocks, but as I found out using the MC 4.5" springs they are way too short.

I’m keeping up with you guys and chiming in because if I don’t do boneyard axles, these are likely going to be what I’m going with…….

@DLW , If you could get MC shock relocation brackets to work they will raise the bottom of your shocks 1.5” and push the fronts away from the frame so you could still run them if you wanted to wait on getting new ones…..

Hey @Roky, thanks.
I have those MC brackets now. My front axle is still in the crate, but I will see if I can get those to work though, and save me from buying new front shocks too, I think.
For the rear, I think new shocks are the cleanest way to go for me. I could cut and weld and make my current DSC's work on the UD60, but I just don't want to, lol.
