I'm pretty sure adding the XR package doesn't restrict any color choice. Here s a link to some Willys XRs in various colors...

Thanks, guys.. I heard they have a lot of colors on restriction (not available) I was trying to get a readout on what is available or can be ordered as of today.

The only way to to know is to ask your dealership. Things change daily.
