Something fun to pass the time while we wait for LA...

Work had an extra Photoshop license sitting around and I got to play with it. I couldn't think of anything more fun to Photoshop than JLs, so I asked myself what would today's Jeeps look like in really retro colors?

Warnings: 1) I obviously stole these from JLWF 2) I'm an amateur and it's nowhere as good as a lot of you probably could do, especially JLWF's artists. 3) Getting the blue one was hard!

I'm probably ordering a Firecracker Red, but I sure wouldn't mind the Harvard Red!

There were some aqua colors in the 60s that were pretty unique to that period. I always wanted to get a newer Jeep in one of those classic colors.

Or even a Super Jeep model in a JL?

Interesting to see how colors evolve overtime, definitely looks more muted compared to todays renders, love the red green and tan

Probably going Firecracker Red myself, but man that Harvest Tan is sweet! I'd be happy with that Pasture Green as well!

I'd say you did a pretty damn good job. I'd pick the tan of all those retro colors (assuming orange isn't available lol). great job

You know, I was thinking that Normandy Blue is a crazy color name for 1946. It's like using something called Fallujah Tan in 2005. Not exactly a name with positive Jeep thoughts.
